RECIPE: EASY PARMESAN POTATOES
This recipe has been in our family for years—it’s definitely a favorite! Easy to make and really tasty, it’s a go-to dish for most any occasion.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb. red potatoes
- ¾ cups mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Cut potatoes into quarters, cook until tender.
Mix mayo and mustard in a large bowl. Add potatoes. Toss to coat.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
